Today’s video is of a gratitude log that I quickly drew up for the rest of September. Sometimes I can be so go-go-go that I forget to take a moment to be IN the moment and really think about my day. That’s something that I find highly beneficial to my wellbeing, so I’m trying to make it more of a habit by using a gratitude log. As I go throughout my day, I occasionally remember that I have the log and it makes me think about what’s been happening so far. At the end of the day, I write down a couple of things that I’m particularly thankful for.
